Insurance Coverage
Signature Luxury Ride Inc. maintains commercial automobile liability insurance in accordance with applicable City of Dallas, Texas state, and Federal requirements. Insurance is active at all times during vehicle operation. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
Zero Tolerance — Drugs & Alcohol
Signature Luxury Ride Inc. maintains a strict Zero Tolerance Policy. No driver may operate a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, controlled substances, or any impairing drugs while on duty or transporting passengers.

Driver Standards & Qualifications
All drivers meet or exceed the qualifications required under City of Dallas Chapter 47A, including a valid Texas driver's license, criminal background check, driving history review, and completion of required safety training. Driver and vehicle permits are subject to periodic renewal and inspection as required by the City of Dallas.
Non-Discrimination Policy
Signature Luxury Ride Inc. does not discriminate and will not refuse service to any person on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law. Service animals are permitted in all vehicles at no additional charge.
No Smoking Policy
Smoking and the use of tobacco or electronic cigarette products is strictly prohibited in all vehicles at all times, as required under 49 CFR §374.301 and City of Dallas ordinances.
